Just what I was looking for.

I was looking for a basic, good quality, mechanical and non-automatic field watch that wasn’t overly big. This one fit the bill perfectly. I was also impressed with CWHs excellent pricing and quick delivery! I would definitely recommend them.

Hi Jeff
Glad to hear that you have the perfect timpeice for you!! and also glad that you were happy with the CWH experience..thanks for your kind words

This watch is prefect, seriously if some one asked me to make a watch to my liking this would be it. Light, Thin and easy to read. I love it so much that I am 100% going to buy the other versions that are different colours.

Also Canada Watch House was great, will buy from here again !

Hi Luc.. thanks for your kind words looking forward to seeing you back soon

Straps are excellent quality and colours are perfect

The perfect entry level mechanical field watch

I am thrilled with my new Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical. It is a perfect first manually-wound watch and well priced considering its quality and brand name.

This watch is worth five stars. I put some pros below.

Here are some things I like about the watch:
*Nice clear dial reminiscent of vintage US Army issued field watches from the 1960s and 70s
*Good movement that is easily and affordably serviceable
*80 hour power reserve. Pretty much wind it and forget it for a few days.
*Sapphire crystal and bead blasted stainless steel case should be reasonably resistant to wear and tear
*It is a nice size: case keeps vintage proportions, and it is very thin and light. Wears close to the wrist.

There are a few cons to be aware of (lack of AR Coating, so-so water resistance and really long lugs) but they are very minor and do not detract from the experience wearing the watch.

I would recommend picking one up!

Hi Derek, thanks for your kinds words.
