CWH Return Policy

CANADA WATCH HOUSE wants to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their timepiece purchase. If you are not satisfied you may exchange or return it for a refund, Money Back Guarantee.


Return Conditions:

  • All returns to be sent back within the first 30 days of purchase
  • Timepieces must be in original condition
  • Must be in the original packaging and include all packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and any accessories
To Start a Return:
  • Please email us at customer.service@canadawatchhouse.ca
  • Include the order number, product code and reason for return
  • After we review your request, we’ll email you a return shipping label within 2 business days. Pack the timepiece you are returning, print and tape the return shipping label on the top of the box (please ensure there are no other labels on the box). Drop the parcel off at your nearest Canada Post Office. Once CWH has received the timepiece, a refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • We will email you a confirmation once the transaction has been completed 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:
  • Scratches
  • Resizing and removal of links
  • Any signs of wear
  • Parts of the item are missing, warranty card, sale tag, cuff/cushion
  • Custom Case Back Engraving

Return of defective, damaged or wrongly shipped:

All timepieces are checked thoroughly before shipping, but if for some reason your timepiece is defective, damaged or wrongly shipped please send us an email at customer.service@canadawatchhouse.ca within the first 72 hours of delivery. Give us an explanation of the issue the order number and product code, so that we can evaluate right away and make it right. If a refund is to be processed it could take up to seven business days.
